ISMAP
(World-Wide Web) An attribute of the HTML tag <IMG> (inline image) which specifies that if the image is selected, the browser will generate a request indicating the coordinates of the point which was clicked. This request is then interpreted by the server by mapping certain regions of the image to certain actions.
